ERP Senior Specialist

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into scalable SAP SD/OTC solutions. Configure and support core SAP SD processes including sales order management, pricing, billing, returns, credit management, output management, intercompany sales, and third-party order processing.
• Drive end-to-end OTC solution design across multiple project phases, including blueprinting, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP FI-AR, MM, PP, LE, TM, and external applications.
• Work with technical teams on integrations using IDocs, EDI, APIs, and other SAP integration technologies. Utilize SAP S/4HANA capabilities including Business Partner, Advanced ATP (aATP), SAP Fiori applications, and Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR).
• Lead client workshops, solution discussions, fit-gap analysis, and design review sessions. Mentor junior consultants, provide technical guidance, and review solution quality and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholders across business and IT teams while ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Follow SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery practices throughout the project lifecycle. Support issue resolution, change requests, and continuous process improvements post go-live.

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) / Order-to-Cash (OTC). Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation experience in SAP SD/OTC. Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA SD architecture and simplification items. Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori applications, Business Partner approach, Advanced ATP (aATP), and Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR). Strong configuration experience in:
• Sales Order Processing Pricing Billing Credit Management (FSCM) Output Management Returns Processing Intercompany Sales Third-Party Order Processing
• Strong integration experience with SAP FI-AR, MM, PP, LE, TM, and external systems. Experience working with integration technologies such as IDocs, EDI, APIs, and related interfaces. Proven experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing consulting skills. Experience working with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.

Degree:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to Have:

• SAP OTC Lead or Solution Lead experience on large-scale SAP transformation programs. Experience with global template rollouts and multi-country implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA best practices and industry-specific OTC processes. SAP S/4HANA certification in Sales (SD) or related modules. Experience mentoring junior consultants
