QuickBase Developer (Junior/Associate) - Fully Remote

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining QuickBase applications tailored to business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather specifications and translate them into functional system designs.
• Implement automation workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations within the QuickBase platform to streamline processes.
• Support the integration of QuickBase with other systems using RESTful APIs and web services, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Participate in Agile software development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and development procedures for future reference and compliance.
• Occasional travel for on-site meetings with clients within the US.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QuickBase Developer (Junior/Associate) to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a key member of our software engineering team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, efficient solutions that enhance operational workflows and data management. • Familiarity with relational database concepts (tables, relationships, keys)
• Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and/or SQL is a plus
• Knowledge of web development frameworks including React Express or similar JavaScript frameworks is a plus
• Exposure to RESTful APIs, system design for scalable systems is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the QuickBase platform and broader low-code ecosystems

Nice to Have

• QuickBase Certified Developer credential (or willingness to obtain one)
• Experience with other low-code platforms (Airtable, Salesforce, Power Platform, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
