AI/ML Engineer

RadixxSolutions is looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using the latest Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Python, and modern AI frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI solutions that solve real-world business problems., * Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Develop applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Create effective prompts and optimize prompt engineering techniques.
• Work with frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Build scalable data processing pipelines using Python and SQL.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Evaluate, fine-tune, and improve AI model performance.
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and best development practices.

• Strong knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of NLP and Transformer-based architectures.
• Prompt Engineering.
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience with REST APIs and AI model integration.
• Knowledge of Git and version control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure or AWS Cloud.
• Exposure to Databricks or Snowflake.
• Knowledge of PySpark and Apache Airflow.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Understanding of MLOps concepts and deployment pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in AI/ML or Cloud technologies are an added advantage.

Experience

• 1-5 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Generative AI development.
• Freshers with exceptional AI/ML project experience may also apply.
