Job description

You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and product stakeholders to develop new platform features, improve live services, and influence technical direction. Alongside writing high-quality code, you’ll help shape architecture, mentor engineers, and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and engineering quality.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience with Node.js, PHP and TypeScript
  • Experience building scalable backend services and APIs
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as Next.js, NestJS, Express, and Jest
  • Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
  • Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and automated testing
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to have:

  • Experience with PHP or Java
  • Knowledge of Docker, Redis, Pub/Sub, or Google Cloud
  • Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical decisions
  • Passion for games and live service platforms
