• High School Diploma or equivalent AND 1+ years supporting networked end-user computing environments.
• 3+ years supporting a corporate, networked environment running Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Demonstrated experience with modern endpoint management tooling (Intune, Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, or comparable).
• Experience supporting conference room and AV technology in a corporate setting.
• Experience working ticket queues against defined SLAs in an ITSM platform.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for required site travel.

Physical and Work Environment

• Fully onsite role based at the assigned primary client location, with regular travel to assigned remote sites.
• Work is performed in a combination of general office, conference room, data closet, equipment staging, and client workspace environments.
• Position requires the ability to perform the essential functions described above, with or without reasonable accommodation, including prolonged standing or sitting, bending, reaching, working under desks or in equipment rooms, and lifting or carrying equipment of approximately 50 lbs.

Pay: From $20.28 per hour
