Local Managed Service Provider looking for skilled IT support representatives

• Experience installing & configuring Windows Workstation and Server OS
• Windows 10 - Windows 11
• Server 2016 - Server 2025
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
• Providing technical support - this may be in person or over the phone
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Skilled in Firewalls & Networking

• 3 + years of experience in a technical support role.
• Certifications are preferred, but not required.’
