Job description

  • Austausch, Einrichtung und Betreuung von Clients (Hardware & Software)
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Arbeitsplatzsystemen
  • Durchführung von Datenübernahmen und Systemmigrationen
  • Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Störungen im Client-Umfeld
  • Durchführung von Updates, Patches und grundlegenden Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Client Management, IT-Support oder Rollouts
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit sowie eine gute Auffassungsgabe
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Führerschein Klasse B
