Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead Software Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will guide and mentor a group of strong technical developers, while contributing directly to the design and development of secure, high performance APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Camel. You will collaborate closely with a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, QA Tester, and Senior Manager to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions., * Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Camel.

  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to developers of varying experience levels.
  • Ensure all APIs adhere to security best practices, performance standards, and architectural guidelines.
  • Partner with the Scrum Master to support agile ceremonies and maintain predictable delivery cycles.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to refine requirements and clarify technical feasibility.
  • Work with QA to drive high-quality testing practices and support efficient defect resolution.
  • Contribute to continuously improving development processes, coding standards, and architectural decision-making.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across the integration landscape.

Requirements

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience in systems analysis, application design, or software development.

Substitution for Bachelor’s degree: Relevant IT Associate’s Degree.

OR

An Associate’s degree and two years of related IT experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree requirement.

Substitution of Experience for Education: Related IT experience may substitute for the required bachelor’s degree on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of four years., 1. Business Insight
