RPA Developer

The RPA Developer is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and developing automation workflows using UiPath, and supporting automated testing initiatives. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, QA teams, and technical members to deliver high-quality automation solutions.

The opportunity:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using UiPath Studio.

• Translate business and QA requirements into scalable and efficient automation solutions.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, and product owners to identify and implement automation opportunities.

• Develop reusable components and frameworks to improve development efficiency and maintainability.

• Ensure solutions are configurable and user-friendly for business users.

• Support test automation, including data validation, report comparison, and regression testing.

Do you have experience in Writing skills?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), specifically with UiPath.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present information.

• Preferred:

• Experience within the insurance domain (especially life insurance).

• Experience in QA automation and test automation frameworks.

• Experience working in regulated or audit-sensitive environments.

• UiPath certification.

• Skills & Competencies

• Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator (UiPath Test Manager is a plus).

• Solid understanding of: Exception handling

• Logging frameworks

• Workflow design patterns

• Reusability principles

• Experience with source control systems and code review practices.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.

• Advanced SQL skills with experience handling large datasets and complex data flows.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
