Information Systems Analyst

• Analyze and interpret business requirements to develop comprehensive system design and solution architecture strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Lead the implementation of enterprise solutions, including application development, system integration, and configuration management across diverse platforms.
• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure components such as operating systems, network configurations (VPN, firewall, DNS), and virtualization environments (VMware, ESXi).
• Develop and maintain APIs (RESTful and Web services), scripts (Bash, PowerShell, Python), and utilize version control tools like Git to ensure robust software deployment pipelines.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, threat intelligence analysis, and system hardening procedures to uphold information security standards.
• Support troubleshooting efforts by diagnosing system issues related to databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), NoSQL solutions, load balancing, cloud security (AWS, Azure), and network connectivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to facilitate continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), system upgrades, and SDLC processes ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Deep understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA), solution architecture principles, and enterprise solutions implementation.
• Extensive experience with database systems such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases; proficiency in T-SQL and PL/SQL scripting.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components including operating systems (Windows/Linux), computer networking protocols (DNS, DHCP), virtualization (VMware/ESXi), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Expertise in application development using languages like JavaScript, C#, Java, Python; familiarity with frameworks such as Ruby on Rails or.NET is a plus.
• Skilled in system troubleshooting support for hardware/software issues involving firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, REST APIs, SOAP web services, Kubernetes orchestration, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools; experience with configuration management tools like GPO or Ansible.
• Strong analytical skills in business analysis and requirements gathering; excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
