SAP Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented SAP Specialist to join our innovative data management team. • Collaborate with project management teams to plan and execute SAP implementation and upgrade projects using Agile methodologies.
• Design and optimize data models within SAP environments to facilitate accurate data collection, storage, and analysis.
• Integrate SAP systems with other data sources using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools like Informatica and Talend to ensure seamless data flow.
• Monitor and improve data quality through rigorous validation processes and data quality management practices.
• Conduct database design and management for SQL databases, Oracle systems, and data warehouses to support analytics initiatives.
• Utilize data analytics tools such as Tableau and business intelligence platforms to generate insightful reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards by implementing information governance policies related to data security, privacy, and access controls.
• Lead efforts in master data management (MDM) initiatives to ensure consistency and accuracy of critical enterprise data.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions for diverse teams.

• Proven experience with SAP modules including FI/CO, MM, SD or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
• Strong knowledge of database management systems such as SQL databases, Oracle, and data warehouse architectures.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python for automation and advanced analytics tasks.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools including Informatica and Talend for data integration projects.
• Familiarity with big data concepts and technologies supporting large-scale data processing environments.
• Expertise in data model design, analysis skills, and data collection strategies to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability in project management methodologies such as Agile for delivering complex technology projects on time.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and present technical insights clearly.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance management practices related to information governance and data quality monitoring.
• Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
