Job description
A leading financial solutions provider is hiring a UX Writer to support their team. This is a 6 month contract, onsite in NYC and the role focuses on creating high-impact thought leadership and onboarding content to enhance client engagement in business travel management. You must have a background in B2B writing, ideally for SaaS, fintech, or travel.
UX Writer Responsibilities:
- Develop executive-level content such as POV articles, briefs, and talking points that establish authority in the travel management space.
- Create onboarding and adoption materials to facilitate smooth user experience and engagement throughout the customer journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce accurate, consistent, and on-brand messaging across various channels.
- Support sales and client teams with compelling collateral, proof points, and objection handling resources.Generate digital content including web, social media, and lifecycle communication assets to support program adoption and ongoing engagement.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience crafting impactful B2B content, especially within SaaS, fintech, travel, or related sectors.
- Expertise in lifecycle communication strategy, sales enablement, or product marketing content development.
- Proven skill in translating complex workflows into clear, structured, and audience-specific content that demonstrates a strong point of view.
- Exceptional editorial judgment with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and consistent tone.Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently in a stakeholder-rich, fast-paced environment.
