Full Stack Software Developer (AI&Business Systems) 3 to 5 yrs exp Architecture & Project Planning

As a Full Stack Software Developer, you’ll work alongside our Lead Developer to design, build, and maintain the software systems that power CMK Construction.

You’ll develop new applications, enhance existing platforms, integrate third-party systems, and help implement AI-driven solutions across the business. This is a hands-on development role where you’ll take ownership of projects and contribute to the future of our technology.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications.
• Build responsive front-end interfaces and scalable back-end services.
• Develop and maintain APIs and system integrations.
• Work closely with our Lead Developer on architecture and project planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Help improve software performance, security, and scalability.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI.

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with React or Next.js.
• Experience with Node.js or .NET.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• AI integrations (OpenAI or similar)
• WordPress
• Buildertrend
• Twilio
• Azure or AWS
• Docker
• CI/CD pipelines
• Business intelligence or reporting platforms
