• ManageTenant-to-Tenant Migrations: Oversee Microsoft 365cross-tenant migrations (e.g., Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint,OneDrive), ensuring seamless identity and data transitions.

• HybridIdentity Management: Maintain synchronizationbetween on-prem AD and Entra ID, troubleshoot sync issues, and managetrust relationships and federation (e.g., AD FS).

• IdentitySecurity & Authentication: Implement and manage MFA,Conditional Access, SSO, and modern authentication protocols in line withZero Trust principles.

• Post-MigrationSupport: Serve as the escalation pointfor identity-related issues, provide documentation, and support IT teamswith troubleshooting and best practices.

• Deepexpertise in Active Directory (AD DS, DNS, GPOs, replication, trusts).

• Stronghands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including hybrididentity and Azure AD Connect.

• Proventrack record in AD and Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.

• Familiaritywith M365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) andtheir identity dependencies.

• Proficiencyin PowerShell scripting and use of migration tools (e.g., Quest,ShareGate, BitTitan).

• Solidunderstanding of authentication protocols (Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, OpenIDConnect).

the tagged location is 130K to 140K per annum.

This role

may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus,
