Java Developer

Application Development: Assist in designing, developing, and implementing features, bug fixes, and workflows within our enterprise Java-based grants management application.

AI-Assisted Engineering: Actively use modern AI coding assistants and agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to write, refactor, and document code efficiently under the guidance of senior team members.

Integration Support: Assist in creating, maintaining, and testing basic system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs to ensure steady data flow.

Collaboration & Learning: Work closely with business analysts, senior developers, and stakeholders to understand grant domain requirements and translate them into functional technical tasks.

Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and conduct thorough testing to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet user needs.
