Rapid Software Developer

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications that improve operational efficiency.
• Build internal portals, dashboards, workflow tools, and business applications using modern development frameworks.
• Develop rapid prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs) that can quickly be tested and refined.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Backend Development

• Develop secure backend applications using Python, Django, Flask, or similar frameworks.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Build integrations between internal systems, databases, EHR platforms, CRM systems, and third-party applications.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

Front-End Development

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Experience developing web applications from concept through deployment.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.

This is a hands-on, full-stack development role-not a traditional software engineering position with long development cycles. You’ll work directly with operational and clinical leaders to rapidly design, develop, test, and deploy custom software that improves workflows across our growing healthcare organization.
