Job description

  1. Build and maintain API integrations with major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads) for automated campaign management and creative asset synchronization.
  2. Develop scalable backend services to handle automated keyword management, categorization, and large-scale ad creation (including image handling).
  3. Design and maintain infrastructure for dynamic landing page rendering and real-time personalization at scale.
  4. Design data architectures that process large volumes of traffic data, enabling accurate A/B testing and performance tracking for various creative combinations.
  5. Optimize system performance to support real-time bid changes and high-concurrency requests.
  6. Work closely with the algorithm team to deploy and serve machine learning, large language models, and computer vision models in production.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  2. 2+ years of software engineering experience, preferably building large-scale backend systems or data pipelines.
  3. Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Go, or Python).
  4. Solid understanding of system design, distributed systems, and database architecture (SQL and NoSQL).
  5. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on code quality.
  6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  1. Experience with big data frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Hive, Hadoop, Flink).
  2. Previous experience in AdTech, computational advertising, or integrating with Google Ads/Bing Ads APIs.
  3. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Benefits & conditions

Our compensation structure is designed to align with the cost of labor in various geographic markets across the US. The total salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $300,000 annually, based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, competencies and location.
