BI Developer

Are you an experienced BI professional with a strong technical foundation in modern data platforms, ready to take ownership of high-impact analytics solutions in a complex, international environment? In this role, you will combine analytics expertise with modern data engineering capabilities to shape the future of the reporting landscape. About the company You will be part of a Business Insight team that helps the organisation make better decisions by translating data into clear and reliable insights. The team works closely with business units across the organisation, supporting them with dashboards, analytics, and data expertise. It operates at the intersection of business and IT and plays a key role in enabling self-service analytics while maintaining quality and consistency.

This team is part of a broader Reporting Services group that delivers strategic, client-centric, digital, and data-driven reporting solutions for both internal and external stakeholders. About you - Has 5+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data engineering - Has a background in IT, data, business analytics, econometrics, or similar - Has strong hands-on SQL and data modelling skills - Has experience with dbt - Has experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse - Has experience with Azure data services (e.g., Data Factory, Azure SQL) - Has proven experience developing dashboards using Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau - Can translate business questions into scalable and reusable data solutions - Has strong stakeholder management skills and can bridge business and IT - Works with ownership, quality, structure, and documentation in mind Experience in financial services or asset management, and experience with Qlik, are strong plusses.
