Job description

  • Design, build, and maintain solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Microsoft Graph.
  • Develop and enhance AI-powered automation and agent-based solutions that improve business processes and user productivity.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and robust solution designs.
  • Manage and continuously optimize the Power Platform and Copilot portfolio, including lifecycle management, monitoring, reporting and documentation.
  • Integrate Microsoft 365 with business applications using connectors and event-driven architectures where appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes through automation, analytics and monitoring.
  • Drive adoption through workshops, training, documentation, and hands-on support for business users.
  • Collaborate with IT Security, Compliance, Data Protection, Architecture, Infrastructure, and business teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
  • Troubleshoot issues, address vulnerabilities, and continuously improve the reliability, usability and security of delivered solutions.

Requirements

  • Several years of relevant experience in AI-focused solution development, Microsoft Power Platform, automation, digital workplace solutions, or a similar enterprise technology environment.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, with a clear focus on AI-enabled business solutions.
  • Proven ability to independently design, build and deploy AI agents that solve real business challenges.
  • Good understanding of SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Graph, APIs, connectors and integration concepts.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance principles (incl. Entra ID, DLP policies, Microsoft Purview and responsible AI controls) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, combined with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly, particularly in a regulated environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and business-friendly manner.
  • Experience enabling business users to safely and effectively leverage AI, Copilot, and low-code solutions through training, guidance, and hands-on support.
  • Business fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
