Job description

We run a fast growing modern HealthTech platform. Fully serverless. Regulated. Real patients. Real impact. You are a Python or TypeScript backend engineer focused on innovation. You build and ship new systems quickly, evaluate emerging technologies pragmatically, and turn complex AI capabilities into reliable backend services used in production.

You will work on AI powered workflows, scalable architectures, automation, and serverless cloud systems in a fast moving environment.

What you will do

  • Build high impact backend systems and MVPs with fast iteration cycles
  • Develop AI powered workflows using modern LLMs and cloud services
  • Build integrations around OCR, speech, and automation workflows
  • Improve reliability, observability, and operational simplicity across systems
  • Contribute to technical direction and future platform capabilities

️ What you care about

  • Building systems that stay maintainable as complexity grows
  • Pragmatic engineering instead of overengineering
  • Fast iteration without creating fragile systems
  • Ownership beyond isolated tickets or services
  • Automation as the default, not an afterthought
  • Understanding operational impact, not just implementation details
  • Evaluating new technologies critically instead of following hype
  • Working in a team that actually meets, a time together beyond video calls
