You ship, not just code: directly responsible for taking major features or entire products from idea to production, owning the full lifecycle of significant technical projects

• Full-stack TypeScript: experienced with TypeScript both front-end and back-end (blockchain development experience is not necessary)
• You build with AI: modern AI coding tools are central to how the engineering team works; you’ve woven them deeply into your workflow and know how to get real leverage

• Startup mindset: adaptable, self-directed, and at ease with ambiguity - early-stage startup experience preferred Nice to Have
