IT Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead multiple large-scale, complex technology initiatives across a matrixed enterprise environment. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

The IT Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project financials, and drive organizational readiness for technology implementations. This role requires strong leadership, advanced planning capabilities, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple simultaneous initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent IT projects through full lifecycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control, and Closeout
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using Microsoft Project
• Identify and manage critical path activities and dependencies
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reporting (actuals vs. forecast)
• Oversee resource planning, allocation, and utilization across project teams
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and IT governance processes
• Manage change control processes and maintain project documentation standards
• Lead organizational change management and implementation readiness activities
• Apply Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate
• Identify and resolve complex project issues with innovative solutions where precedent may not exist
• Provide leadership in a matrix environment without direct authority over all resources
• Ensure successful delivery of project objectives aligned to scope, schedule, quality, and cost

Do you have experience in Technology budget management?, Do you have a Master of Business Administration?, * 5+ years of experience in corporate IT Project Management

• Proven experience delivering large-scale and complex IT initiatives
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, including detailed scheduling and critical path analysis
• Experience managing project budgets and financial tracking (forecasting and actuals)
• Hands-on experience using Agile methodologies in delivery environments
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects in a matrix organization
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including leading without direct authority
• Ability to manage complex, ambiguous problems and develop effective solutions
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%, * PMP or PgMP certification
• Agile certifications (CSM, CSP, or equivalent)
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
