Software Engineer - Java Python

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with a focus on Java to join our agile development team and contribute to the creation of innovative communication solutions.

In this role, you will work on the further development and optimization of our backend systems, with a strong focus on performance, security, and scalability. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance our platform and deliver powerful, efficient solutions. Your technical expertise will help improve software quality and implement best development practices., * Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle - from requirements analysis and architecture to design, implementation, and deployment

• Analyze, enhance, and integrate existing software solutions
• Develop high-performance, event-driven, and secure software solutions in Java
• Collaborate closely with Quality and Operations Engineers to ensure the highest software standards
• Automate and improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes
• Perform root cause analysis and performance tuning to identify and eliminate bottlenecks

• Solid experience in software development with Java
• Experience in software development with Python
• Deep knowledge of popular Java frameworks and libraries
• Expertise in API design, RESTful services, messaging systems, and stream processing
• Experience in developing and monitoring globally distributed, highly reliable systems with high data and message volumes
• Practical experience of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux environments
• Ideally, experience with cloud-based applications and microservice architectures
• Good understanding of agile methodologies and a strong mindset for continuous improvement
• Proactive and adaptable working style with the ability to take on responsibilities across various areas of the software stack
