• Lead onsite technical discussions with client stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Design scalable and secure Microservices-based architectures.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Lead Azure API Management (APIM) implementation, governance, and API lifecycle management.
• Design API security using OAuth 2.0, JWT, Azure AD, and API policies.
• Work closely with offshore development teams and provide technical guidance.
• Perform solution design reviews and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and performance best practices.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate deployments across development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Mentor junior developers and technical leads.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, offshore teams, architects, and project managers to ensure successful execution of integration initiatives., * 10+ years of software development experience.

• 5+ years in Java Microservices development.
• 4+ years of hands-on Azure API Management (APIM) experience.
• Experience working with Azure cloud services.
• Strong understanding of API governance and security.
• Experience designing enterprise integration solutions.
• Experience leading distributed onsite/offshore teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
