Proven experience delivering complex software projects using Java and related technologies Strong background in backend development with Spring Boot and Service-Oriented Architecture Experience leading by example and mentoring junior developers Solid understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices Experience with DevOps concepts, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring Affinity for front-end development with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience Very good command of English, both written and spoken
