Job description

We are seeking a skilled Data Quality Technical Specialist with hands-on experience using Data Quality platforms to join our Data Management & Governance team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data quality solutions that ensure our enterprise data is accurate, consistent, and reliable. This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders to understand user needs, translate them into technical solutions, and align with the product roadmap. Tasks and responsibilities

  • Implementing data quality frameworks and rules using Ataccama ONE DQ.
  • Perform data profiling to assess data health and identify anomalies.
  • Build and maintain data quality scorecards, dashboards, and automated monitoring systems.
  • Collaborate with Data Domain Owners, and business units to implement data quality standards and rules.
  • Configure data cleansing, standardization, and matching logic for structured and semi-structured data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in DQ workflows, issues, performance, and integration.
  • Contribute to the integration of Ataccama with our data platform and our Enterprise data catalog platform
  • Document processes, rules, and procedures related to data quality management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience Implementing data quality frameworks and rules using Ataccama ONE DQ or similar tools, Strong hands-on experience in configuration and development (workflows, integrations, APIs).
  • Proven track record in data governance, data management, and data quality initiatives.
  • Proficient in SQL, data profiling, and quality rule definition.
  • Experience working with relational databases, data lakes, or cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience in enterprise-level software development, including configuration and customization of platforms.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in user support, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with users and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset to work with diverse teams and stakeholders Preferred:

  • Experience with Groovy scripting or Java for Ataccama customization.
  • Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL frameworks.
