Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an architect role within the Modern Work domain, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 (including Intune, Defender, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, among others
- Strong expertise in endpoint management, such as Intune and Autopilot, and extensive experience designing secure, scalable workplace environments.
- Knowledge of security and cloud governance, including CIS baselines as well as reference frameworks such as the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), Well-Architected Framework (WAF) and Microsoft reference architectures.
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management: you effortlessly switch between IT teams, management and technical engineers in Dutch, and preferably also in English.
- A proactive and analytical attitude, with a passion for innovation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of processes and services. For this vacancy you must speak fluent Dutch, we don’t offer relocation.

- Set the direction of our Modern Work portfolio and translate it into concrete roadmaps.
- Connecting technology and organization: from boardroom to engineer, you talk to everyone at the right level.
- Lead innovation sessions and help colleagues grow, from new certifications to smarter work processes.
- Designing solutions that are not only secure and scalable, but also actually work nicely for the end user.
