IT Business Partner

We’re looking for a strategic IT leader to bridge business and technology-driving transformation, aligning IT initiatives with business goals, and delivering impactful SAP-based solutions, especially in manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between business leaders and IT to align strategy and execution.
• Provide strategic IT advisory support and lead digital transformation efforts.
• Translate business needs into architecture and technology roadmaps.
• Manage IT project portfolio and budget for the business unit.
• Drive solution design in collaboration with integration and supplier architects.
• Promote IT strategy and enterprise architecture practices across the business.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and serve as a trusted IT advisor., + Shape IT strategy and deliver real business value.
• Lead high-impact projects across global teams.
• Work at the forefront of technology in a collaborative environment.

• 5-10 years of SAP PP experience; SAP QM is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and MES integration.
• Experience in business and IT strategic planning.
• Background in manufacturing and business process improvement.
• International and cross-functional IT experience.
• SAP certification preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English.
