Job description

  • Deploying, managing, and troubleshooting cloud environments on AWS
  • Owning customer operations end-to-end - responding quickly, professionally, and driving toward a great customer experience
  • Digging into root cause analysis using real data, not guesswork
  • Operating and maintaining the tools that keep our systems running smoothly
  • Managing network, security, and identity services in line with AWS governance and industry best practices
  • Writing and maintaining runbooks so knowledge doesn’t live in just one person’s head
  • Testing new product releases and validating fixes and features before they ship
  • Building automation that eliminates manual, repetitive operational work

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in operations, DevOps, or production services
  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • Scripting or coding experience (Java, Python, Ruby, or Node.js)
  • Solid grounding in Linux and networking fundamentals
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent)
  • Comfort with ambiguity - you can manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, high-urgency environment without losing your footing
  • Sharp problem-solving instincts and genuine attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English, and the ability to work smoothly across cultures, geographies, and time zones
  • Familiarity with git hub and version control workflows
  • An understanding of core cryptography principles
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience

Nice to have

  • Experience with infrastructure as code (AWS CloudFormation or similar)
  • Exposure to AWS serverless tools like Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, or S3
  • Experience collaborating with distributed, cross-border teams
