Job description
The Coordinator, Business Transformation Center of Excellence works closely with colleagues at all levels within the Global Strategy Planning and Marketing function, and with stakeholders in other functions across CooperVision. Key areas of focus are to support the coordination of cross functional alignment on A.I., Divisional prioritization and planning of our key initiatives, Customer Experience and Purchase Order (PO) administration.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience working with stakeholders in fast paced dynamic environments
- Experienced with Microsoft Office tools especially SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior project management experience preferred
- Associate’s degree or commensurate education is required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- PMP certification is a plus, * Team player who authentically lives CVIs values of: Dedicated, Innovative, Friendly, Partner and Does the Right Thing
- Effectively communicate and convey messages in a logical and concise manner
- Independent self-starter; manage time effectively, and complete tasks on-time with general supervision. Be flexible and able to self-manage multiple priorities.

- Strong English; verbal and written skills
- Curious mindset and a willingness to improve existing processes
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, very data literate
- Self-aware and able to flex style accordingly to connect with a diverse stakeholder group
- Nimble and ability to shift focus based on changes in priority
- Work scheduled hours and ready to work at scheduled start times. Adapt readily to changes in workload, staffing, and scheduling.
Work Environment:
- Able to work long periods of time in a normal office environment, while sitting and working on a computer.
- Sedentary to light physical effort necessary to perform the job
Benefits & conditions
For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $62,353.00 and $71,916.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
