Job description

Checkout.com is hiring a Technical Support specialist to guide merchants through implementing our payment processing technology. You will answer integration questions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Product teams to ensure successful go-lives and post-launch support.

Requirements

The role requires strong API/rest/logs understanding, coding skills in Java/JavaScript/PHP/Python/Go/C#, and fluency in Spanish and English.
