Job description

The Manager - Data Analytics & Reporting leads the organization’s data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence functions to enhance visibility into business results and inform decision making. This role is responsible for delivering data-focused insights, developing scalable reporting solutions, and translating complex data into actionable information for senior leadership. This individual partners across all business functions to align reporting capabilities with evolving business needs, ensuring data-driven insights support operational performance, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. Base salary band is $140k/yr to $180k/yr.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Master’s degree (MBA, MIS) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles, with demonstrated experience delivering insights to senior leadership. Prior leadership or team management experience preferred. 3+ years in a supervisory, managerial, or technical leadership role, preferred.
  • Strong experience with SQL, Python, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Experience building dashboards, reports, and automated reporting solutions is required.
  • Proven ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience developing KPI frameworks and delivering reporting that supports operational and strategic decision making. Strong ability to present complex data clearly and effectively to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
