Senior Sitecore Platform Engineer (Sitecore XP)

A large financial client in Cincinnati is looking for a 12 month contract resource to support the organization’s next-generation digital experience initiatives, including the Servicing Portal and website redesign. This role will focus on modern Sitecore architecture, Sitecore AI capabilities, headless content delivery, cloud-native web platforms, and operational support of customer-facing digital experiences. The ideal candidate has experience supporting enterprise websites built on Sitecore XM Cloud or headless Sitecore architectures and is comfortable working across CMS, front-end, cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and production support activities. This individual will partner closely with Marketing, Architecture, Development, QA, Product, and Vendor teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

• Support Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore AI, and headless Sitecore environments
• Monitor and maintain website availability, performance, and operational health
• Assist with deployments, release validation, environment configuration, and production readiness activities
• Troubleshoot issues across Sitecore, Next.js applications, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and integrations
• Collaborate with developers, QA, product owners, and architects to support ongoing digital initiatives
• Support CI/CD pipelines and release coordination through Azure DevOps
• Assist with content publishing, personalization, analytics, and digital experience platform capabilities
• Investigate production issues and coordinate resolution efforts across teams
• Document operational procedures, support processes, and technical solutions Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and production support activities

· 5+ years supporting Sitecore XP platforms

• Experience with Sitecore content management, publishing workflows, templates, renderings, and page components
• Experience administering Sitecore users, roles, permissions, and workflow configurations · Experience troubleshooting publishing, caching, indexing, and rendering issues · Experience supporting multiple Sitecore environments (DEV/QA/UAT/PROD) · Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes · Experience supporting enterprise production environments Strong communication and documentation skills

· Experience with Sitecore Forms, Solr, xDB, and xConnect · Experience with personalization, analytics, and marketing automation capabilities · Accessibility, SEO, tagging, and content governance experience · Experience supporting major website launches, upgrades, or migrations · Production incident management and operational runbook experience Experience supporting financial services, insurance, or other regulated organizations
