Job description

  • Analyse business needs related to large-scale web hosting services and digital platforms.
  • Assess existing applications and infrastructures and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Define and propose optimised hosting solutions for Drupal-based environments.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of hybrid cloud architectures.
  • Perform cost analysis and recommend infrastructure optimisation strategies.
  • Support deployment, release management and operational activities.
  • Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, infrastructure teams and business stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain deployment and operational procedures.
  • Monitor and improve performance, availability and reliability of web platforms.
  • Contribute to CI/CD implementation and infrastructure automation initiatives.
  • Provide technical expertise, architectural recommendations and best practices.
  • Support quality assurance, security assessments, documentation and reporting activities.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Drupal and PHP.
  • Proven experience with AWS Cloud Services.
  • Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Good knowledge of Kubernetes / EKS environments.
  • Experience with Composer.
  • Understanding of High Availability Cloud Architectures.
  • Knowledge of performance tuning and optimisation.
  • Experience in software configuration management.
  • Familiarity with security assessments and infrastructure governance.
  • Knowledge of LAMP web infrastructure environments is an asset.

Profile

  • Master’s degree or equivalent through professional experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience working with large-scale Drupal web platforms.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with AWS cloud-hosted solutions.
  • Kubernetes certifications are considered a strong asset.
