About the Team Professional Services at Solifi is a customer-facing team responsible for the implementation of the Solifi solutions and providing consulting services for our clients. They are seen as experts on our solutions and the industries they serve. They provide value to our clients by efficiently and effectively completing software implementations and providing expertise on the use of the software. You’ll work with customer’s business and IT executives and end-users to conceptualize ideal solutions, recommend resources and strategies, and then design the business processes and functional requirements for our product implementation and product development operations.

About the Position As an Application Consultant at Solifi, you will work closely with clients’ business and IT teams to design, configure, and deliver our Asset Finance software solutions. You will translate business requirements into functional solutions, guide implementation strategies, and ensure the successful deployment of our SaaS products on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

This role combines consultative, technical, and business expertise, giving you the opportunity to influence solution design, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help clients optimize their asset finance operations. You will play a key part in driving client success, solution adoption, and overall project delivery, while gaining exposure to innovative cloud technologies and the financial services industry.

Role and Responsibilities Lead consultative engagements with clients to understand technical and business challenges in Asset Finance.

Conduct current-state, future-state, and gap analysis workshops; document requirements as user stories, BRDs, FSDs, workflows, and mockups.

Design, architect, and validate solutions for implementation, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and flexibility.

Communicate data modeling, architecture, and solution strategies to cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

Deliver solution presentations, guide clients through deployments, and obtain customer acceptance.

Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Support Sales and Account Management teams in new opportunities, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.

Travel to client sites as needed for discovery sessions, workshops, and presentations.

Collaborate with internal teams to influence product development and ensure alignment with customer needs.

Do you have experience in System requirements definition?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, You have experience working with Asset Finance or Leasing businesses, including banking, equipment, or auto captives. You can synthesize technology and industry trends into solution roadmaps and guide clients on the best approach to implementation. You thrive in a consultative, client-facing role, balancing business analysis, solution design, and delivery oversight. You are energetic, collaborative, and capable of wearing multiple hats, including industry expert, analyst, product manager, and delivery lead. You bring excellent domain knowledge in asset finance and can communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders. You are motivated, analytical, and passionate about solving complex business problems while delivering high-quality software solutions. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years in a consulting role (Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst, Sales Engineer, etc.) delivering cloud-based business applications. Prior experience in Asset Finance, Leasing, or related financial services. Proven experience leading client-facing discovery sessions, documenting requirements, and delivering complex solutions. Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including executives. BA/BS in Technology, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus). Experience with agile documentation and processes, including storyboards, BRDs, FSDs, wireframes, and workflows. Preferred Skills & Experience: Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform, or willingness to become an expert. Demonstrated track record of influencing or driving product development from concept to implementation.
