Position: Robotics Software Engineer As Robotics System Engineer, you will be focusing on algorithmic design, development, and deployment of MujinOS. You will work collaboratively with a team of engineers, programmers and project managers to create and refine automated material handling systems that improve efficiency, accuracy and safety.   • Design, develop, and optimize robotic software using C++/Python.
  • Solve real world robotics challenges by using modern algorithms, optimization, etc.
  • Integrate 2D/3D vision-based solutions using computer vision and image processing.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot deployed systems for continuous operation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for robotics applications., An online technical assessment including a short quiz and coding exercises focused on problem-solving, C++/Python fundamentals, and basic linear algebra.
  • HR Interview Conversation with the HR team regarding motivation, experience, and practical matters.

  • Hiring Manager Interview Technical and team-fit discussion with the hiring manager and/or team member.

  • Take-Home Assignment & Feedback Interview (if applicable) A practical assignment designed to reflect real-world engineering work, followed by a feedback and discussion session.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of industrial proven C++ and Python development experience.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
  • Experience with computer vision (OpenCV, PCL) and ROS.
  • Proficiency in Linux development and debugging tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
