Walk Test Engineer (Telecom)

• Experience in In-Building Walk Testing and Drive Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with TEMS and/or XCAL.
• Experience with walk test kit setup and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of LTE/5G NR KPIs (RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, PCI, CQI, Throughput).
• Experience testing DAS, Small Cells, or In-Building Solutions (IBS).
• Experience configuring test phones (band lock, RAT lock, carrier profiles, logging).
• Ability to execute walk test routes and work from floor plans.
• Experience with voice, data, throughput, and mobility testing.
• Experience with AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon environments is preferred.
• Rohde & Schwarz (R&S) experience is a plus.
