Job description

  • Configure and implement Microsoft Purview capabilities.
  • Assist with data classification and information protection initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize Purview implementations.
  • Work directly with product vendor / customer stakeholders throughout project delivery.
  • Develop implementation documentation and operational transition materials.
  • Implement and manage Sensitivity Labels, Information Protection, Data Classification, and DLP

controls.

  • Support deployment of data protection controls and policies.
  • Implement and optimize Insider Risk Management, DSPM for AI, eDiscovery, and Records

Management solutions.

  • Support Copilot readiness and AI governance initiatives through Purview data security controls.

Requirements

Overview: Seeking experienced Microsoft Purview consultants. Candidates should possess strong hands-on Purview implementation experience and be capable of delivering technical workstreams in enterprise environments., Experience with one or more of the following Microsoft Purview capabilities: * Information Protection

  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Insider Risk Management
  • Data Classification and Sensitivity Labels
  • Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) for AI
  • eDiscovery
  • Records Management
  • Auto-labeling and content classification

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance
  • Enterprise data governance programs
  • Purview deployments across large enterprises
  • PowerShell or automation experience
  • Experience supporting Copilot readiness, AI governance, and DSPM for AI initiatives
  • Knowledge of data protection across Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint

Online, OneDrive, Teams), * 5+ years of Microsoft compliance, governance, or security experience.

  • Hands-on Microsoft Purview implementation experience.
  • Experience delivering client-facing consulting engagements for enterprise customers.
  • Ability to independently execute technical workstreams.
  • Demonstrated expertise implementing Sensitivity Labels, Information Protection, Data

Classification, and DLP solutions within Microsoft 365.

  • Experience with Insider Risk Management and one or more compliance workloads such as

eDiscovery or Records Management.

  • Experience designing and deploying enterprise data protection controls and policies for Microsoft

365 workloads.
