Job description

Develop, maintain, and enhance software solutions for embedded systems and mission-critical applications. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design, implement, test, and support software components while ensuring compliance with technical and quality requirements., * Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C and/or ADA.

Support embedded software development and system integration activities.
Participate in software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Utilize JIRA for task management, issue tracking, and project coordination.
Support software documentation and technical reviews.

Requirements

9+ years of software development experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in C and/or ADA programming.
Experience using JIRA.
Strong software design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Embedded software development experience.
Experience working on real-time or mission-critical systems., * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
Master’s degree with 7+ years of related experience or PhD with 4+ years of related experience.
ABET-accredited degree program.
