- BMC Helix ITSM / Innovation Suite / Remedy
- BMC Helix migrations
- Workflow development (Active Links, Filters, Escalations)
- APIs & integrations (REST/SOAP)
- 10+ yrs of Helix development experience
- Understanding of ITIL service management processes
- Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
$65 /hr on 1099 or C2C.
