CONTRACT SENIOR UX DESIGNER - INSIDE IR35

You’ll join a growing product design team working across digital investment and pension platforms, helping shape intuitive and engaging user experiences for a broad customer base. Working across the full design lifecycle, you’ll take ownership from discovery through to delivery, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers and fellow Designers.

• Strong commercial experience as a Senior UX Designer
• Expert knowledge of Figma
• Experience delivering end-to-end UX design across complex digital products
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to confidently present and justify design decisions
• Strong storytelling and design thinking capabilities
• Experience creating intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences
• Proactive approach with the ability to work across multiple design disciplines

IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE…

• Experience working on investment, pension or wealth management platforms
• Knowledge of interaction and visual design best practices

• Experience working within Agile product teams, UX Designer / Senior UX Designer / User Experience / Product Design / Figma / UX Research / Interaction Design / User-Centred Design / Design Thinking / Wireframing / Prototyping / Stakeholder Management / Agile Skills
