Job description
In this role, you will reimagine user experiences by transforming existing Salesforce-based workflows into modern, intuitive, and scalable Azure-based applications. Working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering teams, you will create user-centered experiences that improve usability, adoption, and business value.

What You’ll Do
UX Research & Design
- Analyze existing Salesforce workflows and design improved user journeys for Azure-based applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and UX evaluations to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop personas, user journeys, process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Produce detailed UI specifications and design documentation.
Enterprise Application Design
- Design responsive user interfaces for enterprise web applications.
- Collaborate with .NET, React, and frontend engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems using Figma.
- Ensure seamless handoff from Figma to development teams.
Cloud Modernization
- Support UX activities for enterprise modernization and migration projects.
- Design user experiences that integrate with cloud-native applications and API-driven architectures.
- Work within established enterprise design standards and design systems.
- Contribute to cloud-first user experience strategies.
Data Visualization
- Design dashboards and reporting interfaces.
- Apply UX best practices to data visualization.
- Collaborate on reporting experiences using Power BI principles where applicable.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and QA teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Promote user-centered design across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
7-10 years of experience in Enterprise UI/UX Design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating complex UX problem-solving.
Advanced expertise with Figma.
Experience creating personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
Experience working on enterprise application modernization or migration projects.
Experience collaborating with software engineering teams.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience redesigning CRM or Salesforce applications.
Experience supporting Salesforce-to-cloud migration projects.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, or cloud application architecture.
Experience with React or .NET application design.
Power BI or dashboard design experience.
