SAP PM / Plant Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to join an onsite implementation team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes, with deep functional knowledge of Reactive Maintenance (Scope Item 4HH) and Proactive Maintenance (Scope Item 4HI) in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and implement SAP Best Practice solutions for maintenance operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Procurement, Inventory Management, Finance, and Manufacturing., * Lead SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) workstreams during SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects.

• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap workshops, and recommend SAP Best Practice solutions.
• Configure and implement Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Configure and support technical objects including:
• Functional Locations
• Equipment
• Maintenance Work Centers
• Bills of Materials (BOM)
• Task Lists
• Configure and support maintenance processing using the Phase-Based Maintenance approach.
• Collaborate with business users to streamline maintenance planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams on enhancements and integrations.
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
• Conduct end-user training and prepare solution documentation.
• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and SAP Best Practices.

• 7+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) functional consulting experience.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects in Asset Management.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Enterprise Asset Management.
• Hands-on configuration experience in:

• Measuring Points and Counters

• Knowledge of maintenance planning, execution, scheduling, and analytics.
• Experience integrating SAP PM with:
• Materials Management (MM)
• Inventory Management

• Experience in SAP Activate implementation methodology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certified in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition - Asset Management (preferred).
• Experience in Manufacturing, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Heavy Industries.
• Experience with SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) solutions is an added advantage.
• Experience working in global implementation projects and client-facing consulting roles.
