Job description

As a “Senior Developer”, you’re a key player in one of our main products. You’re a strong partner and mentor to the team’s other developers and our developer community across the EvidentIQ group. You take ownership of the conception, implementation, documentation, and architecture of features, interfaces, and sub-systems. Your holistic view of the software development lifecycle allows you to work closely with our architects, developers, and business roles in a cross-functional agile team. As a “Senior Developer” at EvidentIQ, you have a real impact on our products and actively drive and shape them daily.

Requirements

  • ICD-10, ICD-O, TNM knowledge
  • C# with Visual Studio
  • ASP.NET (WebForms and .NET Core)
  • SQL (general)
  • JavaScript
  • CI/CD familiarity (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab)
  • Cloud hosting experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)
  • Understanding of deployment & infrastructure (IIS, etc.)

Language Skills

  • Excellent German (spoken and written)
  • Good English skills

Soft Skills & Behavior

  • Independent problem solving
  • Service- & business-oriented mindset
  • Teamwork & communication
  • High learning capability
  • Structured and self-motivated

Benefits & conditions

With us, it’s not just about what you do - it’s about the difference you make. In your first 6-12 months, you won’t just become part of our development team - you’ll actively shape it:

  • You’ll successfully lead an initial integration project (HL7 or FHIR) across the finish line.
  • You’ll deliver reliably - with over 90% of your development tasks completed on time.
  • You’ll take ownership: of features, releases, and writing clean, traceable code.
  • And you’ll help us make existing components more performant and future-ready.

Over the course of 12-24 months, you’ll grow into a key player on the team:

  • You’ll take on technical responsibility - for parts of the architecture or even as a project lead.
  • You’ll help improve CI/CD processes, increase test coverage, and bring fresh ideas for standards and interfaces.
  • And you’ll share your knowledge - for example, by mentoring junior developers.

Why us?

  • Secure employment in a challenging professional environment in the pharmaceutical/medical devices sector
  • Flexible working hours and a modern office
  • Attractive compensation package and company pension scheme
  • We have short decision-making processes and promote individual responsibility in a modern and flexible working environment
  • Participation in a dedicated international team in a cooperative and friendly atmosphere
  • Good work-life balance with personal freedom
  • Mobile working options
  • Access to numerous fitness and yoga studios, swimming pools, climbing halls, or online courses with the eGym Wellpass
