Senior Python Backend Engineer

• You are part of a cross-functional engineering team and take responsibility for developing, testing and maintaining the backend applications of our product
• You continuously improve our modern tech stack and shape our architecture
• You receive mentorship from an experienced CTO with room to grow into leadership position
• You ensure high-quality maintainable code with code reviews, CI/CD and agile development processes
• You help in managing our cloud environments, including AWS and CI/CD

• You have 4y+ technical experience in backend development and building APIs
• You have coding experience in Python (or other languages and openness to switch to Python)
• You have good understanding of Docker, AWS and services around it
• You solved production emergencies in the past and have experience how to avoid them
• You have good written and verbal communication skills in English
• You have experience with distributed teams as a plus
