Job description

We are looking for a Graduate Software Quality Assurance professional to join an innovative engineering business developing advanced technology solutions for global customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career engineer looking to build a career in software testing and quality assurance within a collaborative engineering environment.

Working alongside Software, Hardware and Firmware Engineers, you will help validate cutting-edge products through manual and automated testing, ensuring systems perform reliably in both laboratory and real-world environments., * Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.

  • Execute manual and automated software testing.
  • Create test plans, test cases and validation reports.
  • Investigate and document software issues.
  • Support system integration and validation activities.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Understanding of software testing and system validation.
  • Knowledge of one or more of: C#, C++, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a technical engineering environment.

Desirable

  • Automated testing experience.
  • Embedded systems or hardware/software integration knowledge.
  • Git, Agile methodologies and defect tracking tools.
