Solve Meaningful Challenges

  • Analyze and resolve technical issues across products, systems, and development processes.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver solutions that improve reliability, user experience, and operational performance.

Collaborate Across Disciplines

  • Work closely with software, systems, hardware, product management, and quality teams.
  • Align technical priorities and release objectives with stakeholders.
  • Share knowledge and communicate complex topics in a clear and effective way.

Requirements

  • We’re interested in talented engineers with diverse backgrounds and experiences. If you meet most of the requirements below, we’d love to hear from you.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in software development using C, C++, C#, Python, or comparable programming languages.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design principles, version control, CI/CD, and automated testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A structured way of working with a quality-focused mindset.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and passion for continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with embedded systems.
  • Knowledge of EV charging infrastructure or energy-related technologies.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies such as RCA, A3, or 8D.

Benefits & conditions

  • Make an Impact - Help accelerate the global energy transition through innovative EV charging technology.
  • Innovate Every Day - Work with cutting-edge charging infrastructure, modern software practices, and AI-assisted development.
  • Keep Learning - Benefit from continuous development opportunities and collaboration with experts across Siemens’ global network.
