Job description
The Software Implementation Coordinator supports the successful delivery of customer software implementations by coordinating tasks, schedules, documentation, and communication across internal teams and customers. This role works closely with Implementation Managers, Customer Support, Sales, and Product teams to ensure projects move smoothly from kickoff through go-live. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of learning enterprise software systems and customer business processes in depth. ESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate day-to-day activities for multiple customer software implementations
- Track implementation schedules, milestones, tasks, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers for scheduling, status updates, and implementation logistics
- Support implementation kickoff meetings, training sessions, and go-live activities Assist with gathering customer requirements, configuration details, and business process information
- Maintain implementation documentation, project plans, checklists, and customer records
- Coordinate internal resources across implementation, customer support, product, and sales teams
- Ensure smooth handoff from implementation to customer support and account management teams Identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues to implementation leadership as needed
- Support the development and maintenance of implementation templates, processes, and best practices Assist with customer training materials and onboarding documentation
- Travel Occasional domestic and international travel may be required to support key customers, implementations, or company initiatives. Current Passport is required.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer engagements simultaneously
- Comfortable working with customers in a professional, service-oriented environment
- Ability to learn enterprise software systems and understand customer business workflows
- Proficiency with common business tools such as spreadsheets, documentation platforms, and project tracking tools Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, * Experience supporting software implementations, customer onboarding, or professional services teams
- Familiarity with SaaS or enterprise software environments
- Exposure to aviation, aerospace, or aftermarket business processes
- Experience coordinating training sessions, software demonstrations, or customer communications
- Experience using CRM or project management tools
