What We’re Looking For Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Power Platform Developer to join our team! The Power Platform Developer is a technical position responsible for the development, maintenance, administration, and governance of the Power Platform ecosystem within the Enterprise Automation and Intelligent Solutions Information Technology Team at Trillium Health Resources. On a typical day, you might:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks across the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Administer and support Power Platform environments, including Power Apps.
  • Design and deliver hands-on application solutions, including automation workflows and data architecture.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of broader platform capabilities.
  • Design, build, and deploy scalable solutions using Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree and a minimum of six (6) years of experience in any of the following areas:
  • Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience designing and implementing data models, relational structures, and business logic within Microsoft Dataverse and Microsoft SQL Server environments.
  • Experience developing and customizing applications using Power Fx.
  • Experience working with Power Platform environments, including administration, configuration, and security roles.
  • Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Experience participating in full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Experience supporting governance, security, and compliance requirements in enterprise Power Platform deployments.

  • Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements; OR
  • Equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Two-year degrees require certification.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must reside within the United States.

Preferred:

  • Microsoft Certified Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, or equivalent certifications.
