Job description

Tamarind Intelligence seeks a Remote Support Engineer based in Barcelona with a hybrid model after probation. You will provide expert 3D printer support, diagnose hardware and software issues remotely, and coordinate on-site dispatch when needed.

Requirements

You’ll document cases and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team. Ideal candidates have a strong technical background in science/engineering, fluent English, and the ability to collaborate in a diverse environment.
